If you love salty, crunchy snacks like potato chips, this is going to be your new best friend. Edamame is packed with protein and fiber, and roasting it makes it totally addictive.

Fiber benefit: Just half a cup of edamame provides 4 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. Toss the dried edamame with olive oil, paprika, and salt.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until crispy and slightly browned.
  3. Let cool slightly before eating.
