Digital delivery
Zesty Edit products are digital downloads — there's nothing to ship. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a secure link to download your files instantly. No waiting, no postage.
Didn't get your download?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there, email us at hello@zestyedit.com with your order details and we'll sort it out quickly.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally can't offer refunds once a download has been accessed. That said, we stand behind everything we make — if something isn't right, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it fair.
